As a coffee enthusiast and local to the Highlands, I was thrilled to see that the Royal Hotel proudly uses 'Highland Roast' beans from the Inverness Coffee Roasting Company. the aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafted through the dining area, creating a cozy ambiance that set the tone for a delightful meal. I decided to treat my Mum to lunch this Mother's Day, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. the beef on the menu, sourced from the owner's family farm at Udale, was cooked to perfection and simply melted in our mouths. The breakfast in our well-located bedroom was a pleasant surprise, with a stunning view of the Cromarty Firth and the mountains beyond. the trained baristas ensured that our coffee was just the way we liked it, adding a touch of warmth to our meal. I highly recommend indulging in a meal here for a special occasion or simply to savor the flavors of the Highlands.
